Programme Personal incomes, M4, travel orders is intended for salary accounting of employees in your company or public institutions. Programme operates individually and is included in Enterprise and Hermes package. Programme supports salary accounting for companies and public institutions with up to 999 employees and 999 companies. Therefore it is excellent choice for accounting services as well. If it is company or public institution, we select it in the registration process in programme. Based on this selection the programme adjusts its accounting, reports and printouts to type of company. The accounting of salary itself can be very simple and fast as it supports package processes and data entries by particular accounting items. Beside that we can simply just copy the accounts of past months in present month and simplify the whole process of data entry. All that is left to do is to print payrolls and other printouts intended for monthly reporting, export already through account process prepared payment orders into our online banking programme (ProKlik, SKBNet, ect.) and salary account is fast and with no complications finished.

Programme offers then:

• review and preparation of annual reports and vouchers (automatic preparation and printout of  M4 form, income tax, additional pension insurance, additional insurance for public sector KAD, annual charts and payrolls...),
• preparation of voucher for entries in programme module General ledger,

Beside all this, the programme has ability of accounting travel orders. We can issue travel orders for official travels home and abroad, prepare assemblies for accounting in general ledger,  daily allowances and allowances for traveling expenses and other traveling costs.
