Programme is designed for managing real estates, which are managed by real estate directors. It’s designed to, besides to manage evidence about real estates, owners, tenants and users, also:
- evidence about working costs
- division by basic units
- charging to customers
- invoicing and
- evidence of balance accounts
Programme offers next hierarchic structure: 1. apartments are combined into entrances, 2. entrances into buildings, 3. buildings into consumer centres. Costs can be divided on all levels of hierarchy and also we can unite buildings into optional accounting groups, independent of position of apartment in hierarchy. Program is connected to modules Invoicing, General ledger and Interest accounts of Enterprise package. In programme you can prepare pay orders, invoices (through module Invoicing) and automatically post payments through bank printouts or assembly centre. You can individually define additional fields based on which you will account services and setup methods of accounting.
