Programme is designed to account interest for delay of payments of our customers. Programme can work in bound with General ledger or individually.

Some of the operations programme can do:

• setup of account examples, which can be distributed by documents and saved for later use
• printout of interest accounts as letter or invoice
• recording of interest accounts into balance accounts
• optional editing of head note and footnote of account
• connection to balance accounts for automatic capturing of data
• options of accounting with different interest rates
• manual handling of account data
• preparation of amortization plan

If the programme is used with General ledger, then we can define the criteria (range of customers, period, account etc.) by which the programme can gather payments of partners from general ledger and type and method of interest account (normal, conformable...).

We can also manually setup interest accounts. We define partners, enter the amount of debt and payment, period of account, select already preset interest rates or we enter them manually and we execute the account. Programme is also able to print the account of predefined templates, which we can be edited as desired. All that is left to do is to print the interest account and send to our customer.
